Maduli Thaosen Communications Associate

Maduli (they/she) is an indigenous queer feminist based in India. For the past seven years, they have been deeply engaged in the feminist movement, creating narratives that center structurally excluded communities. Their work spans photography, oral histories, film, and digital archiving, with projects ranging from documentary films to digital storytelling festivals that amplify community voices. In addition to leading knowledge-sharing initiatives, Maduli has extensive experience conducting storytelling workshops, managing non-profit communications, and researching feminist leadership building. Grounded in feminist and decolonial thought, their practice bridges media, technology, and gender to envision just futures.
