Nyasha Kuruneri Associate

Nyasha is an Afro-feminist and Gender Specialist from Zimbabwe with a deep-rooted passion for driving social change. Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Governance, and Gender Studies from the University of Cape Town, she is a dedicated advocate for womxn’s rights and a committed humanitarian. Her work is focused on key issues such as climate justice, gender-based violence, and decolonization. As an active leader and volunteer in various girls’ rights and climate education initiatives, Nyasha is committed to empowering communities and fostering a more equitable world.
