Dazziryl Sesi Chabalala Finance Assistant
Dazziryl Sesi Chabalala is an Internal Auditing alumnus of Tshwane University of Technology and member of The Compliance Institute of South Africa (CISA) specialising in finance and procurement. She has 13 years of work experience, eight of which have been in the donor-funded non-profit environment supporting USAID, UNFPA, Anglo American, MenEngage South Africa, SEDA, and Global Fund programmes. She brings strong expertise in financial management, donor compliance, procurement processes, and asset, inventory, and records management across complex non-profit environments.
She is known for her collaborative approach, strong stakeholder engagement, skills transfer, and sharp analytical ability to identify errors and strengthen compliance systems. Dazziryl is also appreciated for her warm, bubbly personality and the positive energy she brings into team spaces, helping create an environment where people feel supported and motivated. Her values of kindness, knowledge-sharing, and integrity shape how she supports teams and contributes to organisational accountability.
Dazziryl’s humble beginnings and the societal pressures women often face inspire her to continuously push for excellence both at work and at home. She aspires to lead a finance department in the future. Outside of work, she enjoys business and personal development reading, spending meaningful time with her children, and unwinding outdoors.
